Too many times good workmanship gets forgotten or passed over. Not so at the Riggio Building on February 29th. Your two technicians, Joe and Kevin, did an excellent job repiping and replacing five antiquated circulator pumps! This upgrade with new Taco circulator pumps and related proper piping will certainly enhance the efficiency of the heating system. Thank you for a job well done.

I wish to thank you for the recent installation of my new furnace. Since it began operating on the afternoon of November 13, I have been aware of its operating and burning precious fuel only five times – and for very short periods at that. That is remarkable for a two-day period. I am convinced there will a large savings in fuel oil costs over the coming years. The old furnace served me well for almost 47 years, but much fuel was wasted just keeping large quantities of water heated in the boiler. This new system is far superior in that it reacts more to the needs of the consumer, thereby imparting a significant savings. I also wish to let you know how professional your installers were. They are all very polite and friendly, as well as careful in their endeavors. Their work is neat and thorough. If it’s possible to view an oil furnace installation as good-looking, then I’m sure I have one of the best-looking oil burner installations in the state. Your technicians are top-notch. On the day following the furnace installation, I had occasion to visit your office to pay my bill and seek information about the rebate from the state. I was given all the information and help I needed from the ladies in the office. I wish to commend them for their willingness to help, and for being so pleasant. Again, thank you for the job you and your employees did for me. It was a pleasant and rewarding experience.

Roy came to my property on June 27, 2008 to clean and restore my 27-year-old Williamson furnace. Roy was courteous and very efficient. During the time he was working, he would stop to explain what he was doing and what he found. Roy was alsoneat, and cleaned his work area very well before he left.
