When you call during regular business hours, your call will be answered by one of our customer care representatives who will listen to you, to understand your needs and how we may help. If you have a heating issue, and require immediate service, we will dispatch one of our state licensed service technicians to your home to repair your system, most often right then during our first visit.
When you call after business hours, your call will be answered by our answering service who will ask you a few questions to understand the nature of your call. If you need service that night, a service technician will be in touch with you expeditiously, to come out to your home and get your heat back up and running.
Our service technicians work around the clock to make sure you and your family always have heat, even on the coldest of nights.
Our service department is equipped with a large inventory of parts available when they need them most – when you have an emergency. This allows our technicians to often fix service issues right on the spot. Our goal is to get our customers up and running in as fast and efficient a way as possible.
