At Wilcox Energy we are committed to providing only the highest quality service with the fastest response time possible. That is why we limit our services to only 20 miles, door to door. It’s never a “good time” to be without heat or air conditioning. Count on us, to have you up and running quickly, no matter what time of day or night.
We are a local company. Many companies refer to themselves as local, but local does not mean the same thing to all people. We deliver only within 20 miles of our office on the Boston Post Road in Westbrook. Our one and only location is here. Our business owners, David Foster & John McCall live here, and they work here everyday too. Our location right on Long Island Sound limits our delivery territory, keeping us even more local than those companies that service a full circumference around their office.
So what does local mean to Wilcox Energy? It means that we will be there, when you need us, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Even on Saturdays and Sundays. We accept customers only in a limited area around the mouth of the Connecticut River: as far east as East Lyme, as far west as Guilford, and as far north as East Haddam.* Our service technicians live in our service territory, so they will respond quickly at your greatest time of need, in the middle of the night!. Local means if you have a problem or a concern, you can always pick up the phone or drop by our office and speak to someone who can help you with whatever you need.
